Tracy Glazier, PsyD · Clinical Psychologist
I help children, teens, and adults work through anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and the perfectionism that keeps people stuck — using evidence-based care, a little humor, and a lot of hope.
About
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in evidence-based interventions for anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support individuals from age 8 through adulthood.
"My role is to support you — and respectfully challenge you — to grow toward your full potential."
My passion is helping clients get in touch with their own values and use them, along with a healthy dose of humor, to face what feels hardest. With over 10 years of clinical practice, I've worked across outpatient clinics, residential treatment centers, and integrated medical practices — and trained, supervised, and led other clinicians along the way.
Areas of Focus
Every treatment plan is individualized — but most clients come to me somewhere in one of these three clusters.
Untangling the worry, avoidance, and intrusive thoughts that shrink your world.
Building systems and skills that stick — for adults, kids and the families who love them.
Support through the harder chapters, and the pressure to get everything right.
Approach
I lean on a handful of well-researched modalities, matched to what actually helps you move — not just talk about moving.
Identifying the thought patterns that fuel anxiety and low mood, and building more workable ones.
The gold-standard approach for OCD and phobias — facing fear gradually, with support.
Living aligned with your values, even alongside difficult thoughts and feelings.
Getting Started
Children (age 8+), adolescents, and adults — individually. Many families begin during a life transition or when a familiar coping style has stopped working.
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, however, insurance plans vary by state. Insurance participation, rates, and availability are discussed directly — reach out and I'm happy to walk you through it before you commit to anything.
FAQ
We'll spend time getting to know each other — what's brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different. From there, we build a plan together.
